Apostle Rufus & Prophetess Bertha Smalls

Apostle Rufus L. Smalls is a native of South Carolina.  He moved to Trenton, New Jersey in 1970.  There, he married Bertha M. Parson, also of South Carolina.  She is known to us as Mrs. B, Together, they have two children, Techa L. Bryant of Charleston, South Carolina and Timothy L. Smalls, who is also a drummer at Harvest Center. Apostle Rufus was saved in October 1977 and he attended the Philadelphia College of the Bible until early 1982 when he was filled with the Holy Spirit as a bible teacher and evangelist.  He started jail and prison ministry at the Yardville Youth Detention Center in Yardville, Pennsylvania. Apostle Rufus has a desire and passion to minister to all races of people and to bring the church to maturity by establishing the five-fold ministers in their calling and training helpers for the ministry.  His motivation and his intense love for Jesus Christ, the restoration of the Apostle to the position of 1st Corinthians 12:28, and to finally restore the True Apostolic Church.
